ARCHITECT, GREEN BUILDING CONSULTANT
Nima Soltani joined Baumann Consulting’s Green Building and Facility Management Group as an Architect and Green Building Consultant in early 2014, where he provides expertise on a wide range of projects including LEED and DGNB certifications for U.S. and international projects.
Prior to joining the Baumann team, Nima spent half a year serving as an architect in Australia for Eco Villages Worldwide; a company specialized in the construction of prefabricated housing systems for bushfire areas. Nima’s project work Down Under also included NABERS and Green Star certifications.
Nima earned a Master of Architecture in 2010 from the Hochschule für angewandtes Wissen und Kunst in Hildesheim, Germany, where he focused on passive building systems and international building regulations.
