Baumann’s engineers have many years of experience in planning and implementing comprehensive commissioning management & amp; technical controlling, which can be individually adapted to each project. We use a web-based platform that allows us to continuously provide the project team with up-to-date documents, such as schedules, meeting notes and test results.

Our service portfolio for commissioning management & amp; Technical controlling also includes operation diagnostics and forecasting, which use advanced visualization techniques to demonstrate optimization potential for plant operation (for more information, see the service description “Continuous Plant Function Checking and Optimization”). Quality assurance of facade planning and installation

Over the course of time, plant operation deviates from the originally planned optimum. Operational optimization is a systematic process aimed at restoring the intended operation of all systems, thereby improving comfort and reducing energy costs.

The big advantage of optimizing the operation is that the optimization measures are usually associated with little or no cost.
